ongoing macbook woes
DAMMIT!! So, now my power apaptor’s cord is falling apart. the rubber casing has become torn and so i need a new one, which is another $80. not to mention my battery’s life is nearing an end i fear….
yeah. apple. break different.

your battery may be a warranty issue; try checking with apple (especially wtht apple care, if you have it)same with your power adaptor.

except that my macbook is out of warranty by a year since i bought is refurbished in fall of 2006 and didn’t get an applecare plan.

the battery may not be an issue. you might hit apple’s support site and see. thye should have a tool that’ll tell you (according to serial number of computer and battery if youre covered.
